About this site
L5 Relay LLC ("L5 Relay", "we") is a marketing agency serving US AV and smart home integrators. This site presents information about our services.
Engagements are governed by a separate agreement
This site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, quote, or contract. Prices, billing dates, and minimum terms shown elsewhere on this site describe our standard engagement · the amounts, dates, and term that bind you are the ones in the agreement you sign. Any paid engagement is governed by that separate written agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Estimates and no guarantees
The ROI calculator, statistics, and projections on this site are illustrative estimates, not guarantees of results. Sources for the figures we cite are listed on our sources page. We do not guarantee any specific lead or appointment volume, revenue, or conversion outcome.
Communications
If you submit the contact or demo form, calls are handled as described in our privacy policy · no text messages are sent from those forms. If you book a call, scheduling confirmations and reminders may arrive by email or text · reply STOP to any reminder text to opt out. Clients who opt in to text alerts receive them under the SMS terms below. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchase.
SMS terms · L5 Relay text alerts
L5 Relay text alerts is a program run by L5 Relay LLC for its clients. By entering your mobile number on our text alerts page and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated account alert text messages from L5 Relay LLC. These messages tell you when something in your L5 Relay account needs attention, such as a lead asking to speak with a person or a caller leaving a message for your team. We do not send marketing messages through this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact hello@l5relay.io. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in this program is subject to our privacy policy and these terms of service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Intellectual property
The content, copy, design, logos, and the L5 Relay name on this site are owned by L5 Relay LLC. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. This includes any attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and relies on third-party services, such as booking through Cal.com and our social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability
