Who we are
L5 Relay LLC ("L5 Relay", "we") is a marketing agency serving US AV and smart home integrators. This site is https://l5relay.io. Questions about this policy: hello@l5relay.io.
What we collect
Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, company, phone, message, inquiry volume), our demo callback form (name, phone, topic), our text alerts opt-in form (name, company, email, mobile number), and booking flow. Demo calls generate a recording and transcript. If analytics are enabled, we collect standard usage data (pages visited, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. We do not sell personal information.
Calls and texts
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, the following applies: I agree that L5 Relay LLC may call me at the number provided, including calls placed by an automated system or an AI-generated voice, and that calls may be recorded and transcribed for service and quality purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase · I can revoke it at any time. You can revoke consent at any time by emailing hello@l5relay.io. Demo calls are handled by our AI voice agent and are recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your inquiry. No text messages are sent from our contact or demo forms. If you are an L5 Relay client and opt in on our text alerts page, the following applies: I agree to receive automated text alerts from L5 Relay about activity in my L5 Relay account (for example, a lead requesting a person, or a voicemail message left for my team). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We send account alerts only, from one L5 Relay number. Reply STOP to any alert to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text message consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. If you book a call, Cal.com may send scheduling confirmations and reminders by email or text · reply STOP to any reminder text to stop receiving them.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, and · with your consent · contact you by phone or email about our services. Booking data is processed by Cal.com; form delivery is processed by Resend; voice calls are processed by Retell AI; text alerts are sent through Twilio. Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to L5 Relay personnel.
Your choices
Email hello@l5relay.io to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Opt out of analytics with standard browser controls or extensions.
Cookies and tracking
When analytics are enabled, we use cookies and pixels from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure standard site usage. You can control or block these through your browser settings.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold · for example under the laws of California and Colorado. Exercise any of these by emailing hello@l5relay.io.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below reflects the latest version.
