L5 Relay LLC ("L5 Relay", "we") is a marketing agency serving US home theater and AV installation companies. This site is https://l5relay.io. Questions about this policy: hello@l5relay.io.
Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, company, phone, message, inquiry volume), our demo callback form (name, phone, topic), and booking flow. Demo calls generate a recording and transcript. If analytics are enabled, we collect standard usage data (pages visited, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. We do not sell personal information.
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, the following applies: I agree that L5 Relay LLC may call me at the number provided, including calls placed by an automated system or an AI-generated voice, and that calls may be recorded and transcribed for service and quality purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase · I can revoke it at any time. You can revoke consent at any time by emailing hello@l5relay.io. Demo calls are handled by our AI voice agent and are recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your inquiry. No text messages are sent from our forms. If you book a call, Cal.com may send scheduling confirmations and reminders by email or text · reply STOP to any reminder text to stop receiving them.
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, and · with your consent · contact you by phone or email about our services. Booking data is processed by Cal.com; form delivery is processed by Resend; voice calls are processed by Retell AI. Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy.
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to L5 Relay personnel.
Email hello@l5relay.io to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Opt out of analytics with standard browser controls or extensions.
When analytics are enabled, we use cookies and pixels from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure standard site usage. You can control or block these through your browser settings.
