Who we are
L5 Relay LLC ("L5 Relay", "we") is a marketing agency serving US home theater and AV installation companies. This site is https://l5relay.io. Questions about this policy: hello@l5relay.io.
What we collect
Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, company, phone, message, inquiry volume) and booking flow. If analytics are enabled, we collect standard usage data (pages visited, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. We do not sell personal information.
Calls and text messages
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, the following applies: I agree to receive calls and text messages from L5 Relay LLC at the number provided, including calls placed with automated technology or an AI-generated voice, and SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing hello@l5relay.io.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, and · with your consent · contact you by phone, SMS, or email about our services. Booking data is processed by Cal.com; form delivery is processed by Resend. Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to L5 Relay personnel.
Your choices
Email hello@l5relay.io to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Opt out of analytics with standard browser controls or extensions.
Cookies and tracking
When analytics are enabled, we use cookies and pixels from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure standard site usage. You can control or block these through your browser settings.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold · for example under the laws of California and Colorado. Exercise any of these by emailing hello@l5relay.io.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
