About · the name is the philosophy
In orbital mechanics, the fifth Lagrange point trails a planet in perfect gravitational balance · objects parked there hold a stable orbit without burning fuel. That's the system we build for your pipeline: leads held in a stable orbit of consistent flow, not heroic scrambling.
L5
The point of perfect gravitational balance. Engineers park what they can't afford to lose there.
Relay
The handoff between the system and your sales team. The agents book and qualify; your people close.

Founder
I didn't come up through agencies. Marketing came first · I studied it in college, but I'd been doing it from a young age, handling it for my mom's luxury clothing stores and later for music studios and my own audio work.
Audio engineering is the other thread · close to ten years of it at this point, and that work drills one lesson into you: a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. You can have a great mic and a great room, and one bad cable still ruins the take. Then there were the years on the sales floor at Apple, watching people talk themselves into spending real money, and creative direction, which taught me how fast people decide whether they trust you.
It took me a while to notice that every one of those trades was teaching the same thing. Premium AV buyers have seen plenty of hype. What actually moves them is a straight answer with proof behind it, given while they're still paying attention. And the integrators I've met rarely lose a project because their work is bad. They lose it because the inquiry lands while they're on a job site with their hands full, and by the time anyone gets to it the buyer is gone.
With L5 Relay it's come full circle · what those trades taught me all runs through the same work now. The name comes from orbital mechanics · L5 is the point where everything sits in balance, and a relay is a clean handoff. I build systems where the agents and your sales team work together instead of stepping on each other. The aim is a pipeline that keeps building on itself, not a push that spikes for a week and then goes quiet.
Operating principles
We don't chase viral trends or promise overnight results. We build stable, predictable intelligent systems that compound month over month.
Dolby Atmos, 7.2.4, multi-zone, acoustic calibration · we speak integrator, not generic marketing. Your agents never confuse height channels with surrounds.
Growth shouldn't require doubling headcount. The agents absorb after-hours and overflow DM and call volume; your team stays on installs and closes.
One niche, on purpose. Selling a $40K-$100K system is nothing like selling $30 yoga pants · better to be great at one thing than mediocre at everything.
The lineage
Every era of this discipline is the same story: attention migrates, and the businesses that meet it where it lands win the decade.
Era 01
Before anything else, reputation traveled by voice. The best builder in town was whoever your neighbor swore by · trust moved one conversation at a time.
Era 02
Newspapers, catalogs, the encyclopedia on the shelf. Answers lived on paper, so businesses bought their way onto the page.
Era 03
Billboards, storefronts, the name on the truck. Attention lived on the road, and marketing followed it there.
Era 04
Search engines and digital ads. Answers moved to the browser, and the results page became the most valuable shelf in the world.
Era 05
Feeds joined the results page. Buyers discovered in the scroll, verified in the search bar, and decided before they ever called.
Now
People ask instead of searching. AI chatbots answer directly, and the results page summarizes instead of listing. The businesses that win are the ones the AI engines can read, trust, and recommend.
SEO
The classic work still matters · keywords, on-page structure, content that earns rank. When a buyer still types, you show up.
GEO
Generative engine optimization · structuring your services, projects, and proof so AI engines can read you and recommend you by name. When a buyer asks ChatGPT who to call, you are the answer.
We run both · visible where buyers look today, recommended where they are already starting to ask.
The shift
Traditional marketing for integrators is built on the attention half of the loop · ads, posts, a website that looks the part. Attention arrives, and then the loop opens: the DM sits, the phone rings out, the form fill waits for Monday.
That is why we call this neo-marketing · new, plus marketing. Not a different discipline · the same one, rebuilt for how people find answers now. Ads, social, and search still run the attention half. We still run them.
But revenue is decided in the back half, and that half is now an intelligent system: the DM Agent answers around the clock, the Voice Agents call back in minutes and catch the phone after close, every inquiry is qualified against your criteria, and a prepared prospect lands with a human.
L5 closes the circuit. The same attention flows into a fast answer, a qualified conversation, a booked consultation, and a human close. Revenue feeds the loop instead of leaking out of it.
Before
With L5 Relay
8-12 hour response delays on DMs

Evening and weekend inquiries lost by Monday
Catches the calls and DMs your team misses · nights, weekends, overflow

FAQs handled from your own Knowledge Base
Referral-dependent, feast-or-famine revenue
A predictable, compounding pipeline underneath referrals
Human-first, intelligence-backed
The pitch you'll hear elsewhere · “the system does everything, go on vacation” · is how you end up with a pipeline full of confused prospects. We put intelligent systems strictly where they outperform people: fast response, repetitive questions, after-hours and overflow coverage, perfect recall. The relationship, the design conversation, the close · that stays human, because that's what wins $40K projects. The relay between the two is the product.
