About · the name is the philosophy
In orbital mechanics, the fifth Lagrange point trails a planet in perfect gravitational balance · objects parked there hold a stable orbit without burning fuel. That's the system we build for your pipeline: leads held in a stable orbit of consistent flow, not heroic scrambling.
L5
The point of perfect gravitational balance. Engineers park what they can't afford to lose there.
Relay
The handoff between AI and your sales team. The AI books and qualifies; your people close.

Founder
I didn't come up through agencies. I came up through audio engineering, where you learn fast that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Then years on the sales floor at Apple, watching how people actually decide to spend real money. Then creative direction, where you find out that positioning either earns trust in the first few seconds or it quietly doesn't.
Three different rooms, same lesson. Premium AV buyers don't respond to hype · they respond to clarity, to proof, and to someone actually answering before they lose interest. And most integrators I've seen don't lose work because they're not good. They lose it because the message lands while they're on a job site with their hands full, and by the time anyone replies the buyer has already moved on.
That's the whole reason L5 Relay exists. The name comes from orbital mechanics · L5 is the point where everything sits in balance, and a relay is a clean handoff. That's what I build · systems where the automation and your sales team work together instead of stepping on each other. Steady pipeline that builds on itself, not a push that spikes for a week and then goes quiet.
Operating principles
We don't chase viral trends or promise overnight results. We build stable, predictable automation systems that compound month over month.
Dolby Atmos, 7.2.4, multi-zone, acoustic calibration · we speak integrator, not generic marketing. Your AI never confuses height channels with surrounds.
Growth shouldn't require doubling headcount. The AI absorbs after-hours and overflow DM and call volume; your team stays on installs and closes.
One niche, on purpose. Selling a $40K-$100K system is nothing like selling $30 yoga pants · better to be great at one thing than mediocre at everything.
The shift
Traditional marketing for integrators is built on the attention half of the loop · ads, posts, a website that looks the part. Attention arrives, and then the loop opens: the DM sits, the phone rings out, the form fill waits for Monday.
That is why we call this neo-marketing. The front half still matters · we run it · but revenue is decided in the back half: answer in time, qualify against your criteria, book the consultation, hand a prepared prospect to a human.
L5 closes the circuit. The same attention flows into a fast answer, a qualified conversation, a booked consultation, and a human close. Revenue feeds the loop instead of leaking out of it.

Human-first, AI-powered
The pitch you'll hear elsewhere · “the AI does everything, go on vacation” · is how you end up with a pipeline full of confused prospects. We use AI strictly where it outperforms humans: fast response, repetitive questions, after-hours and overflow coverage, perfect recall. The relationship, the design conversation, the close · that stays human, because that's what wins $40K projects. The relay between the two is the product.
